I sign/watermark all the artwork I create.

Do not ask me to draw in someone else's style.

You can post your commissions anywhere you wish as long as you credit me as the artist.

I reserve the right to share the commissions on any platform. I will credit you as the buyer on the finished post.

I can decline to take a commission if what you're asking goes against my personal moral values or for any other reasons.

You or any other individual can not commercialize any commissions I've produced unless we had an official signed agreement for a project.

You or any other individual can not use any art I've produced in AI generators.

By commissioning me, you admit to have read and agreed upon following my terms of service.

Payments are done via invoice through Paypal within the first 24h upon order.

No reservations. The payment ensures you the slot.

Payments are final and refunds are only given out at my discretion. I may consider doing a refund if I no longer wish to carry out a commission that hasn't been started yet.

Payment plans start at $300.

Payment plans split will be discussed upon a case by case basis, scheduled between 30 to 60 days maximum depending on the total price of a piece.

There may be extra charges according to the complexity of the piece or If you want me to design a character for you based on description and/or refs. If you are unsure, don't hesitate to ask. I may help you with the process if something seems off in the design and color palette.

I do not accept deadlines.

Approximate turnaround time is about 3 months. (that is, if the queue exceeds 10 slots, containing bigger pieces)

I may self advertise my art business by occasionally drawing personal art in between commissions.

Work is done mostly in the queue's order, but is not limited to it strictly. Some alternation may occur to ensure a faster progress of the whole queue.

You must be available for contact at least during the week days. If you don't reply to my messages when I have a question for you, I'll start the next slot in the queue until you are available.

Please refrain from asking about the queue in my DMs. Commissions WIPs are posted on my Trello. I will message you when I schedule a day for your piece.

They are for gifts or contracts only. Please explicitly specify your intentions.

I reserve the right to post the art publicly when you have offered your gift or after our contract is over. You are to update me about it.

I will send you your WIPs and updates privately.

I will not do public streams of your commission unless you say otherwise.

Please credit me as the owner of my characters.

Not all my OCs are allowed to be requested in a commission piece.

I reserve all rights to my OC's and any permission granted to use them within works created by myself or others do not give any rights of ownership nor permission to change my characters' design. Any and all commissions with my characters are for cosmetic use and hold no claim to the design of my characters itself.

I do not allow my characters to be used in other commissions that aren't made by myself unless we are close friends.

I send the files to you through a MEGA link.

You get 2 PNG files: FULL and LOW resolution versions.

I regularly clear my MEGA once in awhile so don't forget to download the files.
